okies, this entry's gonna be quite long. hehe
got back from my camp at st john's island. it feels great to be back in civilisation! in fact, i actually missed the lamp post,HDB flats and my bed!!!
however, it was a fun camp! played lotsa dirty games( as in games tt makes us dirty from head to toe). it was the first time i actually dipped myself into a pail of blue paint, being exposed to a camp whr majority of them are guys(with only 4 gurls) cos in the past all of my camps are spent with gb gurls. with tt we actually gain the advantage of having longer bathing time and better slping conditions. haha
made some friends thr and i'm glad i made the right choice going for the camp.
had my orientation in sch. when i stepped into dover mrt station, i was quite lost. seeing unfamiliar faces ard, suddenly missed the sense of familiarity i had in junyuan. luckily, i saw some peeps who went for the camp. i'm in DARE/FT/1A04.
sat at the audi for more than 4 hours of cos with a short reception in between. they were mostly preaching on sch rules, com prog, spsu, MMEC, and sharing from one of the "prominent graduate"whom i've nv heard of. he shared his life story with us.it rather motivating.with determination and hard work, u'll be able to accomplish whateva u dream.
went for a tour round sp. its was so big man. thr's actually a clubhouse in sp which facilities like bowling alley, pool room, lounge, spa and wellness room, jackpot room(which we are mostly likely prohibited), gym and many more. its so attractive! thinking of joining its member..hahaha. life in campus is diff from life in sch. jane was saying tt in sch, its the teachers who walk ard to classes, in poly its the students who walk ard. its worst if u have lessons in different schools.. its a tiring walk
got into our classes and met our PT. she old... and naggy...... gosh, gonna have her for our CD. i will sure fall aslp in class man. we've only got 2 girls in our class including me. haha. and i learnt today tt we're gonna be stuck in the same class for the next 3 yrs unless any of us fail or drop out of the course.
got our timetable as well. heard from our seniors tt our part of the course is gonna be quite tough as we're in the 1A section. gosh... but i think tt our timetable is the best of the other 5 classes. was thinking of taking up a 3rd lang-french.however, i'm hesistant. afraid tt im not gonna cope if i take up too many stuffs. still thinking bout it.
heard from one of the lecturers today tt we're a lucky grp of pp who are offered to take up CEM. cos the rest who take the normal EM would have to score like full marks just to get a dist. cos he saw its too easy, but full marks is not gonna be easy for me esp i'm so so so careless...
now bout CCA. lotsa CCAs have captured my attention. i wanna join all of them if i can man.. but i know i cant. i'm in a dilemna now man.....
i wanna join the MMEC, rockclimbing and a few more.. hahaha..
