doing tutorials for bout 1 hour plus alrdy.. bored......
starting back my trainings. did conditioning with hans ytd and i'm suffering the consequences now.. my whole body aches like hell..
did a run round sch, lock-off, pull ups/reverse pull ups, crunches, dolphins,leg raise..
more shld be done to prepare myself for rock on.especially since i haven been climbing for the past 2 weeks due to exams.
besides just training for the coming climbing season of competitions, doing more cardio to lose weight as well.

going for SIA interview on the 9th. scared and nervous..
finally, we're gonna get our long-awaited level 1 course this coming mon. hehe.
just checked my CCA records, i've got 81 points alrdy! yahoo!! haha, 50 to get a Dist. hehe not bad not bad
have decided to quit from MM main committee. to concentrate on climbing and studies.
